At Nineva, every order is prepared with care and intention. The information below explains how digital and physical products are delivered, including processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

1. Digital Products — Instant Delivery

Digital products, including our chakra healing PDF book and downloadable educational materials, are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery is made instantly after successful payment.

  • A download link is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not appear immediately.

If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

2. Domestic Shipping — Israel

We currently ship physical products throughout Israel.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, or carrier workload.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Nineva works with trusted delivery partners, including:

  • Israel Post (דואר ישראל)

  • Local courier and door-to-door delivery services

The shipping method may vary depending on destination and package size.

4. Shipping Costs (Israel)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Typical rates:

  • Standard delivery: ₪25–₪40

  • Courier delivery (when available): ₪45–₪60

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders above ₪300 (when applicable, shown at checkout).

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Nineva.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when tracking is available).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Shipping Time Disclaimer

All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays or peak seasons

  • Security situations or regional disruptions

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

Nineva is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers once the package has been dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Provide your order number and photos if applicable.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and will offer a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.

8. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Nineva is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to incomplete delivery details

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some products or destinations may have shipping limitations due to logistics or customs regulations. Nineva reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled to certain locations, with a full refund issued if necessary.
